Organic Grenache grown in Canowindra. Picked super early, generously foot-stomped by my sisters, then pressed straight to amphora. The juice topped up with a bit of skinsy Chardonnay and was left on gross lees for a lengthy two years. Bottled straight from the pot, zero sulphur.
