Organic Grenache grown in Canowindra. Picked super early, generously foot-stomped by my sisters, then pressed straight to amphora.
The juice was left on gross lees for a lengthy two years and topped up with a bit of Chardonnay throughout. Bottled straight from the pot, zero sulphur.
Salty apricots, underripe peaches and dulce de leches.
