Biodynamic grapes grown on Ikigai Farm in Manildra. A precarious blend primarily composed of Syrah, whilst also featuring a bit of Chardonnay and Merlot too. The Syrah experienced a brief maceration, before being pressed over some rinsed Chardonnay skins. Two weeks later the blend was pressed off to a singular neutral French Oak barrel. A lick of carbonic Merlot was added and then the juice was left to rest for 11 months before being hand bottled without the addition of sulphur. Unintentionally toes the line between textual rose and light red.
