Organic Syrah and Pinot Gris grown in Molong. 50/50 blend, foot stomped, left overnight and then basket pressed to neutral French oak. A slow leak began to seep from the croze of the barrel and after three months of trial and error, I was able to melt sealing wax into the join which fixed the leak. So after a total of 2 years in barrel this weird oxidative-rosato style wine was born. No sulphur, lots of wild, yeehaw.
